Pricey Going wrong at the start cost me 30 seconds but I just didn't seem to get into it. Assuming I'd have run 28:30 without going the wrong way, that's still only 2 seconds per mile quicker than my recent Half Marathon PB. Should be about 15 seconds quicker per mile over this distance. Nevermind.

chap This turned out to be tough, the wind in the last 2 miles cost me time badly!.......latest-organiser apoligizing for extra lap around field, cost me 1 minute and other fetchies credits, doh!!

Alf Tupper Quite pleased. Found the last two miles hard on a slight uphill against the wind but considering recent form this wasn't bad.
