hannkies Had a much better than hoped for run today. Been toiling at training the past week or two and permanantly knackered at work amongst other things so wasn't expecting too much. Started okay and felt strong as the race went on so pleased with my run and am probably fitter than I gave myself credit for, so that bodes well. Cracking course with the organisers again coming up trumps, and I finished 47th with mentions to clubmate Cammy Wilson who had another cracking run.

Sunbed Athlete Was 16th overall which got me 3rd counter in the team which secured bronze medal in the championships.Love the course here @ Irvine & enjoyed it today.Just 1 bit which was heavy underfoot,the rest great conditions for racing.Worked my way through the field during the 1st lap & was only overtaken once which was in the last 200mts by a clubmate so wouldnt have made a difference in team points.My 1st ever bronze medal as before its been gold or silver ones ive collected but still great to win something.
