artypete Didnt feel so great before hand, felt a bit like i had a hangover. Walked 20 seconds up the hills on each lap, but still managed to be 25 secs faster than last year! My PB for this race! :-) Did an easy 3 miles night before, which might have helped a lot - didnt feel stiff or sore at all like I usually do before a race.
