coyley1 Very cold, clear day with snow flurries 10cm's of snow on the ground. Route was changed and beacon hill and the stream were taken out of the event this year. Thought about spikes but ran in trail shoes after all. Glad I did I think they gave me more traction.

SPR Enjoyable run on Compacted Snow. It was a race of two halfs, overtaking all the way for the 1.5 laps then falling back gradually over the last 1.5 laps as legs were dead; still net gained overall though. Also got a team bronze medal which was unexpected :-)
