About this parkrun
It’s an out and back on grass - nearly all flat going under the M180 and then has a turnaround in the woods. Is near a light aircraft place with a field for parking and a cafe with a 5-10 min walk to the start. In winter definitely trail shoes.IdrisTheDragon 2nd Mar 2025
A nice flat out and back on a canal. Firm under foot although you do need to watch you step in places. Well marshalled parking and toilets at the cafe available before the start too.

Flat out'n'back between 2 water courses all on grass , quite narrow in places , runnable in road shoes when dry , trails might be better after rain. Car park & cafe with toilets at Sandtoft air field a short walk away from the start finish
