Jonny Didn't feel up for this. Got boxed in at the start, picked up some places going up High Curley but legs felt dead and lethargic from there on. The course was far more difficult than last year with the excess mud. Plodded on but couldn't find any speed until the last half mile. Next day woke up with the flu my son has had which must explain the lethargic feel to my run. Finished 49th.

Michael G First time I'ld done this - possibly the slowest 5.5miles I've raced, hopefully just due to running between the high and low point of the park twice in the same race; great organisation - finished 18th - on to Tadley in the new year
