goonerno1 i really thought i nailed it at 4k but the last 1k let me down, i have down sub 20 but cant seem to do it on this course.

BigEvilC lovely race in great surroundings with friendly club, did ok but missed last marker and went off piste for 0.23miles . time would have been a couple of minutes faster without that. Better luck next time I'll be back. handicap system really good idea for mid pack runners like me.
