Ands Lovely day, windy on the moor, felt OK, hoped for under 47, but happy. Good finish.

jazz Cold day. Didnt feel great and was expecting a better time after some recent longer races. However,managed a pb by about 11 secs. Pleasantly threw up on th finish line which wasnt the best but had a stich most of the way round so that maybe caused it!

Raisty Raist was feeling a little nackered at the start so was not expecting a very good run. Started off ok but had a bad patch between 5-7 km but then recovered and speeded up towards the end.

Screeners Did a PB but again not sure how! Knew from the start I was in for a long haul as despite warming up I still felt sluggish and slow. I honestly didn't feel comfortable until about the 7km mark and then I really picked it up and finished quite strongly. Knew I could have done a lot better but I did a PB and beat 58 minutes which is what I wanted. Thanks for all those who bet on me - job done!
