WildeRover OK, it's the TofT, which has so much downhill that it isn't really a fair test of HM time. Still managed to go a couple of minutes quicker than last year which is the important point. Paced it well - and was fairly strong and kept going well at the end (although not quite as well as Hywel who decided to sprint for home from 300m and beat me by 3 secs).
