Tour of Fife - Trail Race

Baza Nice 2 lap course around Heatherhall Woods. Again started steady hoping to pick it up on the 2nd lap, unfortunately an argument with a tree root put paid to that and i ended going my length on the ground. Apart from a skint shoulder their doesn't appear to be any other damage.

Fat Boy Event 4 saw 141 weary runners assemble in Heatherall Woods for the 4.6 mile trail race. Tough little run and pleased to place 7th overall. Felt very tired on the second lap with the three previous evenings of races beginning to take their toll.
