Baza As long as I can beat last years 29:51 Oh and my clubmate, I'll be happy!! *Update* Poor run, felt I was going okay too, but time says otherwise. Lost nearly 50 seconds to my clubmate, hopefully claw some bak on the Time Trial. Dont know where I lost the time either...gutted!!

Fat Boy Lovely night for a run up East Lomond. Took the run very easy and no reaction from recent achilles problem.

HowFar? Another beautiful evening in spectacular surroundings, spolit slightly by the breathlessness and pins and needles in the arms caused by having to run a bit too fast up a hill that was a bit too big and steep. Someone pulled level with me inside the last mile and I nearly said
