About this parkrun

An “out and back” run that goes around a lake in a country park at the far end. Fairly flat, mostly trail paths which can get muddy in the winter. Around 600/700 runners so unless you’re at the front of the pack there are a couple of bottle necks. A

Quite bottlenecky in parts with the number of runners taking part but absolutely pancake flat and goes around a lovely lake.

Flat but busy. Interesting route taking you out of town for a loop of Bardon Lake.
