Em I was last!!!! A PW but who cares I took a newbie round, shed never run the distance before let alone a race to very well done to her. Very hot and difficult running a pace slower than usual, just as tiring though, felt ok but then Im glad I did! Good warm up fot Elmbridge next week.

Debbie G Ran the race with 19 other Stow Striders as part of a club 'weekend away' trip - great fun sampling the delights of Winchester bars & clubs, rolled back to the hotel at 3am then up for a full English breakfast by 8am !! The hottest weather I have ever run in - the track felt as if it was melting under our feet - still managed a PB though !!
