ChrisW v.v.fast opening 2 miles. very slow up spankers wood. Prob lost 35-40 seconds in last 2 miles.

The Outlaw One lap in Richmond Park. Undulating, with short, steep climb midway at Spankers Hill. Started with Trevor Maguire - we ran together for first mile or so - then he pulled away. Speed order 3rd/67; Handicap order 14th. Tired at finish but ran well, not overtaken by the later starters.
