The Juicer Hmmm, yeh. An AS. Maybe my anticipated 11min/mile is a bit ambitious. My last A race was 13.27 per mile. Bit of a difference between Cader Idris and the Clent Hills though. I'll leave it at 58 minutes. UPDATE**** Wow!! Very chuffed to have been a minute a mile quicker than thought!! Must have had a good run :-)
