Gogsy! Too many niggles in too many places made me decide to run this as a training run ... and I thoroughly enjoyed it! What a different perspective there is when you're not punishing yourself. A simple course that needed little marshalling & plenty of water & kit-kats at the finish - all for £3. It was good to meet up with some new fetchies (cheery ones at that!) & Torry Quine screaming encouragement from miles away.
