Vic Mason Good race up one of the Clyde Valleys most prominent landmark, Tinto Hill. I started off in the middle of the pack jostling for position up the narrow muddy path whilst trying not to think too much of the torture that lay up ahead. It turned out to be a gut bursting walk / run up around the trig point and with a reasonable descent down the rocky path. I’m pleased with my finish time & I've now got a benchmark for next year. Good to see Sloan and appreciated the shout of encouragement. 94th / 260.
