Left Foot 47:10 by my watch! Well, I worked quite hard. It's not a bad outcome. Not a PB but the course isn't flat and frankly I don't really deserve one as I haven't put the work in yet. But last year I ran 47:03 in Feb after hard training all January, so I guess it's a

Mal Nice familiar race to start the year off. Will hopefully turn in a reasonable performance, and it should be a good kick start to the year's training. *UPDATE* 41:51 by my own watch, about a minute off PB. Not too bad, would have liked to be a bit faster, but course was quite slippy in places.
