Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Buzzards Sis 3 x 2.5 miles XC. Should be fun! *UPDATE - some steep climbs, especially the first half. Once again, this was really tough on my asthma. All the children have a chesty cold which I think is coming my was as I was hacking like an 80 a day smoker at the end of this. My Garmin made it 2.51 miles with an average pace 7:54 which is not too bad for the terrain. Fastest pace 5:41 and I was very strong, sub 7 miles on the final loop around the field. It is these XC hills that I struggle on.

SuzyWoo I found this really hard! I'm not very good at running across hills on a camber, and i think i should have eaten nearer to the race time as well - mental note for next time!!!
