ThorntonRunner Not done this one before, and haven't really prepared for it, so we'll see how it goes! UPDATE: Pleased with this result - a good course with a significant hill in the middle of the lap (course is two laps). Would love to get back down to my Morpeth time of 40:01 (or rather beat it and get below 40:00), but this is my best 10k since then, so not complaining.
