Heavyweight Lovely day for a run & it was a lovely run to do. Lots of hills, good views a bit of mud & plenty of tea & cake afterwards. More like 11 miles than 10 though. 174 out of 224

Shadow Walker Great event if a little short on marshals, Took wrong route twice. Should grow in popularity as much like the Rough & Tumble/Terminator. Right from the start you see the first hill (A monster) but the veiws are awsome.
