automatic shoes A new event - and within a few miles of home. I've got to do it, haven't I ? And the organiser is a long time runner -that should be another big plus. Well it was a good event, organisation was exemplary for a first time race. I certainly hope it takes place again. I nearly ran to target (9k in 48 minutes exactly) but really struggled up the last hill.
