PhatButFit 2nd PB in 3 days, totally elated with this one though. Managed to get the pacing about right and was going along so well after 8 miles (to my surprise) that I decided to go for it and managed to get home five minutes faster than planned. Fantastic day, I'm gonna have a rest this week now. Thanks for those bets, glad to have given you a good return. :-)

SPKoF Paced a clubmate around for sub 1:40. hilly course and it could do without the singlefile train bridge at mile 1 but apart from that I enjoyed it.

rollerman Well that was hard... So called flat Pb course with hills. Tried to pace with other club members led by pabsey, far to fast for me, killed me of at 2 miles, took 3 more to get back into it, terrible time but considering what I have done just lately i am not disapointed, if anything it tought me to keep going even when I know i am Knackerd. As for the course it is great, very good course well looked after loads of water, and some enjoyable views.
