SPKoF woot. went out at a comfortable pace yet was leading for 2 miles! Then the fast boys caught me and we ran as a pack for bit. The eventual winner eventually pulled clear leaving me to fight for 2nd which I held. 6:42 average is inside my half marathon pace so looking good. As usual this race is stunning well organized - great goody bag and support and it's all for charity. Brilliant.

Happy as Larry Excellent event, probably my most enjoyable race to date. I will defiantly be doing this race again in the future. Well done to you Pabsey, nice to meet you! You ran the race constantly well throughout. Well done on your 2nd place finish. :-)
