Dave_Woodcock Woo Hoo!! I PB'd!! Managed to run this better than I thought I would - legs felt like crap after & I'm sure my knee is going to give me hell tomorrow but I managed to get round okay & the knee felt alright while I was running [it was when I stopped I had problems]. Not training for the best part of 2 weeks didn't help & the last mile was quite tough.
