The Bolsover-Mizuno 10k Road Race

Cavey Wasn't looking forward to this as i've done hardly any running in the past 5 weeks due to injury/laziness! But knocked 60 secs exactly off my PB. It was a good course with some relatively gentle undulations, and only a couple of longish hills. Marshalls were good, and the facilities were great (first time i've not had to queue to go to toilet!). The only slight complaint was the start. It was very narrow, and to get to it you had walk down the road and push past the crowds on the line to get to the back. But thats a very minor issue for what was a great event!
