Sir Moses Hill Absolutely delighted with my performance and think I finished in top 15. Started on the start line as I reckoned there was a narrow path early on and soon discovered I was in the leading bunch and no-one had overtaken me, as I'd expected, in the first km. So really pushed it. Helped by always having sight of the guy in front of me (until I eventually caught him at 12k) and being chased throughout by a Reading Roadrunner (until he caught me at 12k). The course was tough, hadn't quite appreciated it was multi-terrain, but pretty and fun and there were plenty of Sunday lunchtime walkers, fishermen and campers en route to keep things interesting.
