Ally C Thame 10K. Second time I have done this race and the second time it has been boiling hot! I felt stronger this year and managed to keep a good pace going to the end. Happy with time. To top it all I won a spot prize (Nice bottle of wine!!)

mothrunner Still regaining fitness after hamstring injury, so not expecting a fast time but it would be nice to see an improvement over the Town & Gown last month. UPDATE: It was helishly hot, so a real struggle to get round. Under the circumstances, not too bad a time.

Pipes Felt pretty rubbish (as expected) after the first km. Just a case of clinging on and gritting teeth. 1st team, though, so that was some consolation.
