About this parkrun
Flat two-and-half-lapper on the promenade, so there is some lapping and some congestion at pinch points. Can be very exposed in onshore winds. 180 degree turn at northern end. Sociable and friendly. Quick for South Devon, but not as fast as Exmouth.♪♫ Synge ♪♫ 25th Jan 2019
2.5 laps, along promenade, tarmac, marginally undulating with a few pinch points and tight turns. Congestion occurs often, can still be a fast course locally.

Flat tarmac course next to the sea, sometimes you get wet! 2.5 laps, can be a bit tight in places and tight turn you do three times. Plenty of local parking, toilets and plenty of cafes in town.
