baggieboy New PB smashed it by 38 seconds and how close was i of achieving one of my main objective of the year of getting a sub 40min 10k. A least i have one more chance before the year is out. Update: Reiceved offical time of 40:06, but the best thing of all i won 1st V45. Well Chuffed.
