Flat out and back parkrun on the seafront where Swansea 10k and half marathon also take place.MaT.T 31st May 2019
flat and friendly along the tarmac on the sea front. 1st few rows were exclusively vaporfly wearers!
One turn, couple of very mild undulations. Trees did for my Garmin.
