Adders First ever 5k race. In decent shape. Wanted to run in the low 17s. But an opening kilometre of 3:11 was not going to achieve. Clear lack of experience in 5k pace judgement showed as the race proved to be a painful affair. Still ran 17:45 though and I can only learn from this race and move on. Intend to come back for the Street race next month. Race rating - 5/10
