sloth Great event. Well organised, Smoothly ran and great for spectators. Lots of laps on most events which is good for spectators although the 7 laps on the bike meant concentrating on counting instead of pedaling... lots of sneaky hills (Garmin registered 500M of hills on the bike) but the run is much more forgiving. Sadly i finished so close to the end that there were no medals or goodie bags to be handed out. Anything they can do better for next year? make the water warmer... :-)
