Iron Squishy My first Tri!! Almost pulled out due to feeling rubbish - developed a horrid chesty cough on Thursday Took some painkillers and stuff and decided to do it! Really enjoyed it - found the swim hard - everything went to pot & couldn't get my breathing right. Bike was much better, felt much happier on this leg, and found the run a struggle too - could hear my chest rattling as I breathed!!! Anyway, loved it, will definately do another one!!
