kudu Good first race of the year. Really fast start and then dropped off a bit at the hill to leedstown. Recovered and ran strongly to the finish. Still room for improvement but big pb so very pleased

steeplechaser Tough undulating course. Fast downhill first mile, but return up this hill between 8 & 9 miles. Found it tough between miles 4 & 7. Great tech t-shirt. Missed 3rd V50 place by 15 secs.
