toepointer Felt awful - first race since having the flu, following an asthma attack on Christmas Day, and freezing cold the whole way round. Felt cold all the way round and at one point fell on ice and cut my knee badly. Actually had to be handed my inhaler during the race and speeded up a little once I had a puff. So quite happy with the time, finished third female.
