Bodge Not wise to put any money on this one, not looking to PB but race against fellow runners in the same NSRRA league. I have never felt so bad running. The first mile was alright but then I just couldn't run for toffee and seem to just be running backwards and as much as I tried to hold on to the man in front it just wasn't happening. I think I need to rest for a few days because I've got an Ultra on Saturday, maybe its all the training in mu legs for the build up and this race was just a reminder to rest and take it steady.

Siggers Hoping to break 45 minutes for this 10k. A little disappointed with the time, probably a combination of lack of mileage/slow training runs with the missus and laying a patio on friday and saturday before the race, the quads felt really heavy after two miles. Well organsied event with great marshalling, considering this was a primary school race. Two laps of a course that only had a couple of slight inclines, nailed on PB potential for the properly prepared runner. Definite race for next year.
