tom_craggs 5th. Bit of a shocker. Minute slower than I had predicted - slower than my 10 mile pace. Football xmas eve left my legs feeling dead...eating too much yesterday didn't help...neitehr did the 90 miles last week, and 85 this..ecuses excuses. Generally disappointed but understand what went wrong.
