LiamS76 Excellent run - got lost twice around manuden, probably added another couple of miles of heavy going across the edge of heavy fields. Totally our fault. Great food - good cakes at halfway, and then jacket potato cheese & beans, flan, jelly and fruit, blackberry and apple pie. And whole event only cost £4! Vibrams fine, collected a bit of mud on claggy fields, but less than trainers Pretty weary in last 5 miles, haven't run further than 3 miles since Hereward, so no real surprise..
