Sir Noel Plum First time I've done this race and although I haven't done ANY training for 3 weeks I really enjoyed the race. Conditions were perfect, nice and warm with only a slight breeze. Course was really good. Mostly off road with just enough road to give your legs a rest! Wanted to do it in under an hour so my time of 1 hr 2 mins was a slight disappointment - guess I'll have to do it again next year! Came 15th out of 119 competitors.
