About this parkrun
3 laps round football pitches by the river, with extra bits at each end which make it more interesting. Underfoot a mixture of grass and tarmac paths. Very well marshalled and signed. Small, friendly, welcoming and encouraging.southcoastclaret 7th Dec 2019
Totally agree with the above, ran it in Feb 2022 in the wake of Storm Eunice. The route I've uploaded is the winter course.

Twisty turny parkrun, mostly tarmac with some field. Small local feel in March! Little undulating section gets bigger every lap!
Friendly volunteers. Worth paying the whole pound for 4hrs parking on a nice day and wandering around the town markets.

3 lapper on tarmac but a bit on grass 3 times. Go round south cone 3 times then sprint for the line. There’s lots of oncoming traffic, but good keep left etiquette so never an issue. A bit up and down at the north end and a hairpin turn for interest
