Alun Non scorer, 10 athletes started and 2 scorers were behind me at the end! Tried to be sensible at the start and not get dragged around by the leaders, managed my pace and ran consistent 88s and 89s for the first 6 full laps, dropped slightly to 90/90/90/92/91 seconds laps for the next 5 laps before finishing hard with an 82 seconds lap. Left it all on the track and celebrated a 47 seconds PB!
