About this parkrun
Steep descent down a tarmac path, followed by a grassy route through the trees; then over a bridge for two laps of woodland trail before heading back over the bridge to a climb back up the tarmac path to the finish. Pretty. Free parking until 10am.Sigh 31st Aug 2019
Beautiful trail run with Severn Valley backdrop & the sound of steam trains! Downhill start, short tree trail, across the river footbridge and then two short laps before a short uphill finish. Good free parking and new visitor centre cafe from 28/9.

Mainly foresty trails, some tarmac and a cheeky climb to the finish. Very muddy in parts today, especially the first tree trail section. Would advise trail shoes after heavy rain. Was told parking free until midday if barcode displayed on dash.

Trail shoes recommended, despite short tarmac sections at the start and finish. Net downhill, and some slippery slopes when wet. Toilets open before run, parking free until 10, and until 12 with barcode in window. Scenic run through woodland.
