Alun Wasn't sure how this was going to play out after yesterday's lower back stiffness but we raced hard from the gun and I found myself sat just behind the leaders after 300m. I tried to hold 80 seconds per lap, aiming for 5 minutes but slipped slightly behind on the third lap, I pushed hard at the bell and finished runner up in the race with my best time this season and just 1½ seconds off of my PB.🏃🏻💪
