hannkies On last leg duty and ran okay without being great. Struggled a bit from a couple of miles in when I lost Dougie who I was chasing for 3rd, so that was dissapointing, but team took a very respectable 4th so in that respect it was a very worthwhile day. Top marks to Keith who was 4th fastest man on the day, and both Davie and Connell who kept us well up the field throughout the race.

HBNS Still tying laces when race started, started approx 19 secs behind, never really recovered. Didn't start watch because of rush and didn't stop Garmin post race so had to remove extra time/distance from Sportstracks. I get 3.71miles and 23:00, actual race time will be +19 secs.
