Fat Boy Hard run over 5.85 miles. Rather slow time but expected due to lack of fitness. Ran the identical course in 30.47 in 1998 so masses of work required to regain that sort of form. Team placed 22nd overall and 3rd masters (veteran) team. It was my first race as a 'veteran' at the young age of 37 but I won't really consider myself a real veteran until I'm 40. Our 'A' team were 9th and won the Scottish Masters Championship.
