hannkies Target pre race was top 30 and was 24th so decent race. Believe there were 1 or 2 ahead of me who I can catch though so hopefully will improve a bit once my marathon training kicks in. Over the moon for Kerry who trains hard and deservedly won, and another top race by the improving Colin ( HBNS ) so well done to you both. Fantastic course and well done to Forres for hosting the event superbly.

Sunbed Athlete Won the race & took 1st V35 title with it plus took team gold for the 3rd year in a row. Course was great.Thumbs up to Forres harriers for putting on a good course & great spread back @ the Town Hall for the presentation.My 1st EVER national individual title.Well chuffed.
