pmethven Slightly more undulating than I was expecting, but I set a new PB so I'm happy. I guess next target is to get under 22 minutes :-)

Woman-in-Black I almost jogged the whole thing (4 x 30 sec breaks). Saw a few fetchies including a chap in front of me but never caught up to say hi :-). A few inclines which I managed to job most of, all in all a pb to round off a good week :-)
