Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,

_andy Tired legs from yesterday. That's my excuse and I'm sticking to it.

Baza Could be a bit ambitous, but given I've ran 4:50 for a 1500 just lately I'm going to give it a go....watch this space. Would be up for a 400 too :-|

bedlam_g Felt much quicker than I thought would with the Heb 3 still in my legs. Led for 3 laps with Magoo and Bazza tucked in behind me. Probably cost everyone a better time with my 1.23 3rd lap but recovered for a strong 4th and 3rd place.

Dave_K Great day at Stirling. Met loads of Fetchies. Predicted 6:15 and ran 6:15. Chased Big Al round the final lap but couldn't catch him. Looking to break the 6 min barrier next time :-)

Dvorak Running after a nightshift. Like a weird experiment on myself. Update: personally, a sub-standard performance. Last race I was passing runners on the last lap, this time they were just getting further away. Realised after about 600m it really wasn't happening. Still, as Llamadance pointed out, an ideal excuse for some self-flagellation. Good to gather with Fetchies as ever, though the weather wasn't ideal for full on picnicery. At least it didn't rain. 1.47 1.52 1.54 1.30.

FitterStu Really enjoyed this. I had no idea that I could run this fast. I will be faster next time as there is still lots of room for improvement.

HappyG(rrr) I'm hoping/assuming an improvement on my mile time. Not sure why, as I haven't seen a track since the last one. Will just hang on to the back of the sub 6:00 group and hope! Now, the 100m, that's a different matter! *Update - great fun, rain held off (thanks Flip!), brilliant to see so many fetchies, new n old, great long jumping by the kids! Time was a bit down - need to HTFU, I think! :-)G

Llamadance great day, don't think I could have run much harder - in fact, it was a race of two halves. Was flagging at end of lap two, but tried to relax and stride out - things went much better from there on in. Happy enough with time, though a PB would have been nice.
