Plussing As Which XC is tough! This race was not quite in keeping with my current training regime but I really love the big club events and didn't want to miss out. 2 laps of a testing course with lots of mud and the odd sharp hill. Legs were a bit heavy but felt strong and, although lacking speed, had plenty of staying power in latter stages. 37th and 11th team.

May Still to see off/results,this is one of my fav courses,fairly fast not to bad underfoot,tried to maintain pace all the way,few wee hills,good support from fellow harriers which always helps and adds to atmosphere!!
